I recently downloaded AVG Free and when it scanned my computer it said I had a Trojan in my C drive in the System Volume Information folder. I deleted the quarantined file from the AVG vault and went to My Computer, C Drive, Properties and then turned off System restore and restarted my computer. I rescanned all files (with several different antivirus scanners) and all said they found nothing. Is the trojan really gone or do I need to do something else?
I tried to find information every where but it seemed a bit difficult, I need a step by step in detail instruction.

You can go to http://www.filehippo.com and Anti-Virus AVG
And Anti-spyware Ad-Aware And Spybot Search %26Destroy
And a good fire wall called Zone Alarm. and they are all good software`s and they are free. Get them and install them on your computer and go to safe mood and then run them in safe mood. But befor you go to safe mood and run them turn off your System Restore becouse theTrojan`s spyware and virus like to hide ther some time`s.So make that you turn off the System Restore bfor you go to safe mood and run your test.
I hope this can help you.
P.S. You can also get Hijack this and Ccleaner from fillhippo.com they are also free.
