Norton Antivirus?

An elderly gentleman has Norton Internet Security on his computer, don't ask me what he's done but it's valid until April 2009, but on his anti virus it said his free 15 day trial had expired, so I downloaded it for him, but to install it, it says I've to remove Norton Internet Security and Firewall, as it was downloaded from the site can someone please tell me how to do this.

Go to Norton website and download their removal tool.
Maybe he didn't put he's registration number in when he set up.

When i had it they we're a pain.You could only reinstall 3 times

and after it was over.If you reinstall put he's number in.Sounds

like its bought.If not put Comodo firewall (free)from File Hippo.
