Antivirus/spyware programs?

i dont know what kind is the best. i need the best FREE program i can get, i just downloaded STOPzilla. i dont know if thats good, but whatever. i had to get rid of norton because my free trial ran out.

anyone have any suggestions? please, and thank you!

You need one firewall, one antivirus, some on-demand antispyware. For a firewall I would suggest either Zone Alarm free if you are rather new, or Comodo Firewall Pro if you have some computer experience (only one.):

*Stay away from AVG, it's detection rates are pretty weak compared to Avira and Avast..
