Problems finding a free program to remove Trojan virus thats actually "FREE" help?

I've downloaded Stopzilla- Cclean and AVG antivirus they all say they're free but then I cant remove the files I need to to get rid of the virus- does anyone know ofone thats actually FREE? or am I not doing it right???

AVG and AVAST and Fsecure and almost any anti virus will give u a free period of use "nothing is FREE" any way. there are some virus and trojans that cant not be deleted the usual way with an anti virus coz they stuck in the system and u need a special tool and the special tools u find it on www.symantec.com but u need the name of the trojan or the virus first.

go to this link and find your trojan and delete it . good luck
I would say you should find out the processes that they run, disconnect from the internet, go into task manager and go to processes and end all the virus processes you have stopped the viruses until you restart now reconnect to the internet and scan with AVG make sure to write the virus paths down on a bit of paper now restart and start hitting F8 now choose safe mode and wait for your computer to boot up now go to the virus file paths and delete them. I do not know if this will work but try it if you must reinstall windows that should work
Spybot is the best and it is free. the only problem is that you need to check for updates from time to time.
