pls tell me what might b the problem??

whenever i try to open mozilla firefox i get a window displaying

"USE INTERNET EXPLORER YOU DOPE..I DONT HATE MOZILLA BUT USE IE OR ELSE"....what the hell is this window?i m not able to open mozilla..i thought its a virus so i checked computer with service person he told some one deleted mozilla so ur not able to load it..so next i downloaded mozilla from net itself but again i get the same window.. why i m not able to open it?? pls help!!!

i have already scanned my computer with avg free antivirus and spyboot..is there any other idea pls help me...

its not any virus...ur pc has been hacked....u cant do anything...only way is change ur internet connection....

bt i will recommend u to download Apple's new browser SAFARI.....its soooo fasst and easy to use and safe too...

download it from apple.com free...
