What is the best Antivirus / Anti-Spyware software available for Windows XP I don't like Panda.

I downloaded Panda from the Internet and when the free version run out I purchased the paid subscription. The paid version just does not seem to perform as well as the free version. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

first "kaspersky"

second " MaCafe"

third " Norton Antivurus"
AVG Free Edition is what I use. Go to their website and check it out. You can download it. This is awesome, and free to boot. It is recommended by a daily computer expert in our newspaper. I have been using it for a year now, and it beats everything I used to pay for. It updates daily, automatically. Awesome.
NOD32 is the best one!
i always give the same answer to anyone i know who asks about virus protection

the best one is AVG Free, its free for personal use, it automatically updates itself every day, and it scans your computer on a regular basis at a time it notices you don't use it much and it wont be in the way
most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.
