Alright, so I've called up the Nintendo WiFi team, and they said that my problem was the Webroot Spy Sweeper program I have on my computer. Is there any OTHER program that I can use thats similar to Webroot thats free and I can just download of the computer, allows me to connect to Nintendo WiFi smoothly, and defiantly GOOD?

Main kinda firewall: Trend Micro Antivirus 2007

some good spyware scanners are ad-aware and windows defender also spybot u can get these off of download.com and they are free. and a good firewall is zone alarm. gl

Try configuring your firewall and sweeper to allow communications. I'm not sure if TM AV has a full firewall. Try configuring TM firewall to allow connections to Nintendo Wi-fi. Webroot may have a similar utility. Webroot may also have a "ignore list" of programs/locations to ignore while scanning. See if you can add the Nintendo Wi-fi to that list. If that doesn't help, we'll need some more information on your system setup to help troubleshoot and get you up and running.
